Truss Manufacturing

East Coast Components has produced wood roof and floor trusses since 1995. We serve residential, commercial, and agricultural industries within the Southeast region—including the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia.

Our extensive use of technology in the office and plant result in finished products that are efficiently designed and built to industry-leading standards.

Being an industry leader, our representatives are equipped with the skills and technology to address questions in customers’ offices or at the job site. Estimating, job site repairs, delivery, and other information are readily accessible to all our clients.

EWP

Engineered Wood Products are straight, uniform, and lightweight. EWP won’t warp or twist over time – eliminating floor squeaks and callbacks. They are available in long lengths to continuously span overbearing, saving installation time.

Engineered Wood Products (LVL Headers and I-joists) are used in applications ranging from window and garage door headers to basement beams. Manufactured from laminated veneer lumber, Engineered Wood Products resists warping, splitting and shrinking and has exceptional strength.

Turn-key Framing

In traditional custom build projects, builders contact suppliers to order the amount of lumber needed. They take care of the designing, figuring, and planning, and then hire the subcontractors to do the work. Additionally, they are in charge of ensuring the right type and quantity of materials arrived, in good condition and on time.

It’s a lot of moving parts, and framing is only a fraction of the project that needs attention.

With our turn-key framing, the entire process of building becomes simplified. You contact East Coast Components and provide the basic details of the job. Then we do the rest, from determining the correct amount of material to calculating things like load, availability, and timeline. Then, we deliver the material and build the frame for you, eliminating many of the usual steps and headaches along the way.
